First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bon Secours Mercy Health.
Registered Nurse
The interview process was pretty straightforward and not stressful at all. My interview was with the unit director. I heard that for higher-level management roles, they do have panel interviews, but I didn't have one.
- What are your five-year career aspirations?
Registered Nurse
The interview process was pretty chill. They looked at my experience, but then they talked about how the unit works and asked some personal questions. It was less than 45 minutes and included a peer review. I sat with some nurses from the unit and we just chatted about life. They wanted to see if I'd be a good fit for the unit.
- Can you introduce yourself and discuss your nursing background?
Registered Nurse
First, I had a call with a recruiter. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the unit manager. After that, I met some of the other staff and got a quick tour of the unit. Finally, I got the offer.
- Tell me about a time you had to advocate for a patient.
