We began with a chat with the recruitment team. Then, there was a skills assessment where I had to do a practical task and some data analysis. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager. The next step was an interview with HQ/ Central Operations, and the final interview was with the General Manager, leading to an offer.

Behavioral Case Technical

The interview process was very smooth. It started with an HR interview where they asked behavioral questions and simple business questions to check my overall business sense. Next, I met with the managers for behavioral questions and a case interview that wasn't too difficult, and they wanted me to think out loud. The final round was with the GM and a manager. They asked behavioral questions, and the GM dug deep into my past experience and projects, being very data-driven and logical. There was also a small business case. All the interviewers were professional and friendly, making me feel really comfortable throughout.
