The interview process was quite extensive and took a lot of time, involving 5 different parts. It started with an HR interview, then a home assignment which took about 6-10 hours to complete over 5 days. After that, there was a review of the assignment, followed by a technical interview and a final manager interview. The technical interview included a live SQL coding session and some specific technical questions; it felt like a pressure test. To make things worse, the interviewer was 10 minutes late and didn't stick to the planned agenda, skipping several parts I had prepared for.

Screening, then a take-home assignment that was long and took about 4-5 days to complete. After that, there were 3 interview rounds: Technical, Business, and Final. I had one technical round. If you're thinking about the take-home, only do it if you enjoy these types of challenges for fun. If you're working and don't have much time, it might be better to show the team your current projects or ask for a HackerRank test. I personally thought the task took too long and could be more efficient. It might be better to apply for roles like Uber L5A where the process is smoother and actually checks skills.

So I had an HR screening first. Then there was a home assignment that took about 4-5 days. I had to analyze a food delivery data set, find trends, seasonality, do forecasting, and come up with other insights. After that, I had a technical interview with the Data Analytics Manager and a Business Analyst. We talked about my home assignment, and they asked me about some real-world A/B test problems Bolt was facing. They also asked me some SQL questions. Everyone was really nice, honest, and professional. I didn't get the job after the technical interview, but I'd still recommend the process and the company.
