Got the job after three interviews. The first was general questions, the second was more thorough, and the last one was the hardest. The whole process took over a month. It was a positive and responsive experience overall.

Behavioral Presentation

My interview process started with a chat with a recruiter, which was nice. Then came a really long take-home assignment. They gave me about 20 accounts with various details and I had to create two presentations. One was an internal analysis of the accounts, and the other was an external plan to fix one of them. I finished and uploaded both presentations on May 26, 2022. The recruiter confirmed they got them and said they were waiting for the hiring manager to review them, but I haven't heard back since. I felt this was really rude, especially since it took a lot of time and effort to make the presentations, and I hadn't even talked to the hiring manager before they asked me to do this. I would have been fine with a rejection, but being ignored after putting in so many hours is just awful.

Behavioral Technical Case

I had an initial chat with HR, then a data analysis task which I did well on. I was supposed to have a final interview with the hiring manager, but on the same day, they said my salary expectation didn't match company policy. So they moved me to a different department for another interview for a different role. That interview didn't go well, and the process ended. I was pretty bummed because I put time into their test, and they could have sorted out the salary before asking me to do it, which felt like a waste of my time.
