The whole process can take about a month to finish stage three interviews. Round one is about general questions to see if you're a good fit, and round two is to check your technical knowledge and how you think. The third interview is a full day where you meet with different department heads to make sure you're the right pick. The interviewers were helpful, nice, and really into their jobs.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter from a third-party agency, then a call with the hiring manager. The last round had 4 video calls, each with two people from different departments. The whole thing took about a month. Afterwards, I didn't get any formal rejection, just silence. It would be better if they were more upfront about the selection process in the future.

I had one phone interview and then went for an on-site with several small group interviews. They later called to inform me that I didn't get the job, and they provided feedback on my interview performance and also asked for my thoughts on their process. Bolt really seems to care about the company's best interests and treats everyone involved in the interview process with respect.

It was a typical onsite interview, I met with the head of MIS, the head of operations analytics, and several software engineers. I really enjoyed the company and the people. The interview panel was very friendly -- I wasn't sure if I got the job afterward, but there were no clear issues. However, two months later, I still haven't heard back from them at all. I sent emails and tried to reach out on LinkedIn, but received no reply. I spent a significant part of a day preparing and interviewing with Bolt, and they didn't even have the courtesy to send a simple rejection.
