Applied online and after about three weeks of silence, I was rushed into an interview with the hiring manager via Zoom. That was it. Never heard back. Standard stuff these days. Not bothered about not moving forward, but a quick email acknowledging the time spent preparing and discussing the role would have been appreciated.

The interview process was really good, the panel was super supportive. Make sure to check out the questions below before your interview. They really focus on phishing and scams, and how to spot them using OSINT tools like Hunter.how, Urlscan.io, phishtank, and phish.io, or even without them.

Behavioral

This was a disappointing interview experience. I applied and the recruiter reached out about 3 weeks later to schedule a first round with the hiring manager. The recruiter didn't provide any details about the interview process or timelines. Then I had a second round with another marketing team member, but they didn't turn their camera on during the video call, which felt rude. Finally, I had a third round scheduled with the recruiter, but they cancelled it the day before and sent a rejection email with no explanation. It seems like there was poor internal communication and no one communicated the issues to me.

Applied online through the company careers page and heard back after about a week. The first step was a 45-minute manager interview, mostly about my resume and personal projects. Five days later, I had my first technical interview. It was a one-hour session focusing on my work history and backend skills, with some follow-up questions. Got some good feedback from that. The final technical interview was about a week after that and also an hour long. This one was mostly about system design and building APIs. After that, there was a quick 15-20 minute HR chat about moving and salary.
