Import Agent
Applied online and got invited for an in-person interview. Two things made it bad: 1- They threw in tests that weren't mentioned before, weren't even done right in the office, and honestly, they're not even that important these days with all the tools we have like digital notes, spellcheck, and auto-populate. 2- One manager couldn't make it to the interview, and the company never got back to me like they said they would. This really goes against their whole thing about being transparent and respectful. People interviewing are customers too, not just numbers; they put time and effort into this.
- Can you share details about your past work experiences?
- What motivated you to apply for this specific role?
- What insights do you have regarding our company?
Quality Inspector Aerospace
So, the typical hiring process involves talking about your past school or work experience. Then we'll check your basic Aerospace/aviation knowledge. We'll also go over the work process, daily incoming operations, and how physical inspection of aircraft parts is done. It's also important to understand the work environment, like the do's and don'ts in the company.
- Tell me about your past school and work experience.
- What's your knowledge of basic Aerospace/aviation?
- How would you describe the work process and daily incoming operations for physically inspecting aircraft parts?
Procurement Specialist
This was a really unprofessional interview. One manager was on their phone the whole time, and the other was just smiling to herself, which felt disrespectful. The HR person kept asking questions. After looking at my resume, they asked if all my experience was part-time and if I had no full-time experience, even though I mentioned I'm a fresh grad. Their attitude was a big red flag.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- Looking at your resume, it seems all your experience is part-time; do you have any full-time experience?
Marketing Analyst
The hiring process started with an initial call with HR, followed by multiple interviews with the operations manager. The overall process felt like it had too many stages and took a while. Finally, I was given a task, and then I had to present my findings to the operations manager. It was a good experience because the manager made me feel comfortable discussing everything.
- Tell me about your background and basic qualifications.
