The interview process was very straightforward, maybe even surprisingly so. The main focus was on questions about integrity and a candidate's eagerness to learn. While there were some questions about skill level, they weren't a major concern, as it was fully understood that training would be provided.

After that, a recruiter from a company that helps Boliden with hiring gave me a call for an online interview. Then, I was invited to an in-person assessment day. This day included group case studies and one-on-one interviews with hiring managers from Boliden.
