First, they asked to speak with Chris, the hiring manager. If he approved, you would get a callback for training shifts. This is followed by four training shifts, which include three days of shadowing another server and one food running shift. After that, there's a written test. Depending on whether you pass the written test, you might get a callback for an in-person mock waitress service critique.

I met with the floor managers first, and then I got called back to speak with the GM. I was hired immediately after. All the managers I met were easy going and happy to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. They were really eager to introduce me to the staff and let me know that they are more like family there than just co-workers. The staff was also friendly and welcoming.

Walked in and asked to speak to the manager, was sat by the manager named Alecia who hired me after filling out the application and asking what I can bring to the company. I had to sit in silence for about two hours which was the only thing i couldn't deal with.
