Social Media Specialist
I had a good first call with the recruiter where we discussed the company and the role. The second interview with the hiring manager was not great. She didn't remember interviewing me a year ago for a contract position, which was awkward. Even though I thought the interview went well, with detailed discussions about the company, team, and role, I was told I wasn't moving forward. The feedback was that I was late to the interview and didn't explain why. I was only a few minutes late due to Microsoft Teams issues on a Mac, which I even joked about. I was also apparently 'multi-tasking' because I was referring to my notes and pre-written bullet points, which I do for all interviews, and went to find a specific note. One thing that bothered me was her comment that I was too senior for the role, which made me wonder why I was interviewed in the first place. After two interviews with her, this experience reflects poorly on the organization.

Product Owner
I spoke with a recruiter for a phone screen, then had a 30-minute chat with the Hiring Manager. The recruiter asked general questions about my salary expectations and experience, and then I was promptly set up for the next round with the HM. The HM interview focused on my past experience, and I also had time to ask them questions. I really liked both the HR and the HM, and they had a positive attitude throughout. It seems my experience wasn't exactly what they were looking for, which is understandable. However, I never heard back, not even a standard rejection email, which was disappointing given the good reviews. I was expecting at least a courtesy email.

Marketing
The hiring process kicked off with an HR screening, and they were super helpful in giving me details before the actual department interviews. I had several interviews with different departments, which was great because I got a solid feel for the work environment. HR stayed in touch throughout, which was really appreciated.

Commercial Banking Associate
So the interview process for me was a few screening interviews and then a final 3-round interview at their office. The final interview had 3 different people who had similar backgrounds or experience to me, but in different groups and positions at the company. It really felt like they intentionally picked people who could relate to you, give great advice, and screen you. The BOKF HR team was nothing but the best and most professional, always communicating early and often. It was one of, if not the best, most professional interview cycles I've been through.
