The interview went okay. HR was friendly. They only asked one question, so there wasn't much opportunity to make a strong impression. Mostly, the interviewer spent time explaining the job. All in all, it wasn't the best, but it wasn't terrible either.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved four rounds of interviews over three weeks with admin, support staff, a senior associate, and a partner. I was flexible with my availability, even during my vacation time across different time zones. They were seeking someone with mid-senior level experience but were offering an entry-junior level salary. The offer was quite low considering my career investment, so I had to decline. QE offered a six-figure salary without negotiation, which I did try to negotiate with BSF. It's disheartening when a firm acts like Biglaw for attorneys but not support staff. This overlooked value is significant. Had BSF met me halfway on salary, I would have chosen them.
