Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bohler.
Intern
The interview process was very friendly and nice. They really wanted to know about you and what you can bring to the table. It was more conversational rather than formal. They asked a couple of basic behavioral questions.
- Can you tell me why you decided to pursue this field?
- Describe a time you had a disagreement with teammates and how you resolved it.
Student Intern
Met at a career fair, then they called a few days later to catch up and schedule an interview. The first round of interviews was with the new college grads in the office, and the second round of interviews was with the senior management staff.
- Tell me about your interest in a civil engineering role at Bohler.
Intern
After submitting my online application, I had an initial phone call. Unfortunately, I never heard back after that. It was a bit frustrating, but I know this happens often. My peers have shared positive feedback about the company, though.
- Logistical questions about my availability were asked, specifically regarding my potential start date.
