Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bohler.
Civil Engineer
Started with a phone screen, then an in-person interview. After talking with the staff, there was a CAD test. The recruiter was nice but the interview felt long, it went on for more than an hour.
- What are your salary expectations?
Civil Engineer
It was a viz zoom call. I didn't speak with engineers, but with the recruitment and communications team. They started off with the 'tell me about yourself' question.
- Can you tell me about your interests and the classes you are taking?
Civil Engineer
After I applied, they set up a quick phone call to learn more about me. It was a really relaxed conversation, and the interviewer was pretty interesting to chat with.
- What type of work are you most interested in?
- Tell me about your current job.
- What location would you want to work at?
