So, for the SWE New Grad role at BOFA, it was like, a few steps. First, I had this phone screen where they just looked at my resume and asked some basic tech stuff. Then, two tech interviews happened, where I had to do coding on a whiteboard and talk about system design. The last bit was meeting the hiring manager in person, and that was all about my past experiences and career plans, like asking for examples of teamwork and problem-solving. They kept asking about my resume stuff, what I did on projects, and what I learned. They really wanted to see if I could pick up new tech fast.
