Snelle reactie en vlotte communicatie. De vacature beschreef de job duidelijk. Tijdens het gesprek werd gedetailleerd uitgelegd wat en hoe er gewerkt moest worden. Al snel kreeg ik een goed aanbod, waarna ik direct kon beginnen.

I enjoyed the hiring process at Boels Rental. After applying for the Mechanic Apprentice role on a Monday, HR called me two days later. The next day, I had an interview at the office. Boels Jobs promises to get to know the people behind the CVs, and they lived up to that by being genuinely interested in me as a person. The interview felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. I was soon invited for a second interview, where the staff were again very friendly and the conversation continued without feeling like an interrogation. During this second meeting, I was given a tour of the depot. I quickly received an attractive job offer. Throughout the process, if the company is interested, the HR Officer keeps you well-informed and guided to get you started as soon as possible.

Er waren 2 gesprekken. Het eerste was met de recruiter en de leidinggevende van de leidinggevende. Het laatste gesprek was zonder de persoon die erbij moest zijn, omdat er nog geen leidinggevende aanstellingen waren. Daarna hadden we moeite om de juiste persoon te bereiken en een dagje meelopen was ook niet gebruikelijk.
