First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Boeing.
Supply Chain Intern
The interview for the Boeing Supply Chain Intern position was pretty comprehensive, including technical, behavioral, and situational questions. We chatted about how to tackle problems in supply chain operations, times I've worked in teams, and ways to improve processes. They were checking out my analytical skills, how I communicate, and if I knew my stuff about the industry. It was a really structured and interesting chat, and I learned a lot.

Supply Chain Analyst
So at Boeing, the interview process was pretty involved. It started with HR giving me a call, then I had to do this online technical test. After that, I had a technical chat with the hiring manager where we talked about my background and how I approach problems, and they asked behavioral questions using the STAR method. Then, I met with a panel of team members for another interview. The whole thing took a few weeks, but they kept me in the loop. They did a background check before extending the job offer. It felt like a solid process, checking for both skills and if I'd be a good fit.
- Could you describe a project where you improved a process or tackled a difficult problem?
Procurement Analyst
Applied April 22. Talent Advisor emailed April 25 for a phone call about next steps. We spoke that day, covering salary expectations and basic info. Set up an interview with the hiring manager for April 28. The first interview was with the hiring manager and one other manager. It included one standard question about my qualifications and three behavioral questions. The interview went well, but I was told they were hiring for two identical roles and had already picked someone for the first one. They advised me to apply for the second role and said I wouldn't need to interview again. I applied for the second role the same day. As expected, I got a denial for the first role on May 4. Then, three weeks of no contact. I tried to get an update on the second role but got no response. On May 18, the same Talent Advisor reached out with the same email to schedule a call. I called and was asked the same screening questions and about my availability for an interview. I mentioned the hiring manager said I wouldn't need to interview again for the second role. She called the hiring manager while I was on the phone and then said I needed to do another interview. No problem, second interview scheduled for May 23. This second interview was with a larger panel: the hiring manager and three others in similar roles. They asked the exact same questions as the first interview. It went as well as the first. On May 26, I received a second denial email.
