I applied online for the .NET+Angular Associate Software Engineer role and the whole process was pretty quick. A recruiter was the first point of contact. After they explained what the job entailed, I was invited to two interview rounds. Each interview had two people on the panel. They asked me questions about my technical background, considering my 2+ years of experience. The first round was a general technical interview, and the second round combined technical questions with some managerial ones, including system design questions.

I went through a 3-round interview with Boeing for a job in Gothenburg: phone screening, a live interview, and a coding test. They knew I was in Malmö but still made me travel 3+ hours twice, then rejected me the day after my last test for unclear reasons. The posting said candidates had to live nearby, but I told them upfront I could be on-site 3 days/week, following their hybrid policy. This was never an issue. The coding test had 4 parts: 3 paper coding challenges and 1 general problem-solving question. I aced the coding challenges, which they admitted, and then did the general problem. They told me mid-interview I was doing well, after the general question. Right before I left, they suddenly mentioned the job was in Gothenburg. I repeated, like in the 2nd interview, that I could follow the hybrid policy. Next day, rejected for being 'not mature enough in problem-solving,' which contradicted the positive feedback and my performance on the challenges and general problem. When I asked why, I got no real answer. I even asked 3 team members post-rejection if location was the issue, confirming I'd work in Gothenburg, but got ghosted. Disappointing experience. If location was the problem, they should've been upfront instead of making me travel and interview just to reject me vaguely. The lack of honest feedback and communication really soured me on their hiring.

It started with some basic behavioral questions and then we played some games. They asked me behavioral questions like what type of problems have you solved and how I've handled situations where I had to follow regulations. Just typical interview questions. You get a question and have a minute to answer, but you can resubmit twice after that with no time limit.
