Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process is pretty simple, focusing heavily on your project management abilities and how well you understand the whole project lifecycle. When preparing, make sure to emphasize your hands-on, real-world experience and what you've learned from past projects. They're not just looking for theoretical knowledge, but proof of how you've managed, delivered, and improved things in your previous roles, showing you have solid practical skills.

I had just one round with the hiring manager. It was mostly behavioral questions. Make sure you read the job description and know your résumé well. He asked about three to four questions. Use the STAR method for all your answers.

The interview process started with a screening and then a panel interview that used the STAR method. The interviewers felt robotic and there was limited time for questions. I got a verbal offer with one salary, but the written offer had a lower amount. They wouldn't give me details about benefits, yet expected me to decide on the job offer. The manager seemed unprepared or unauthorized to make offers, being unethical by stating one salary verbally and a lower one in writing. They knew my salary needs but offered a lower salary than I expected. I researched similar roles in my city and my experience aligns, so Boeing could afford to pay more but chose not to. It was the strangest pre-employment offer process ever, and a waste of time. I decided against this job/company. Glad I found out about the hiring manager's dishonesty before accepting. I won't apply to this company again. Very poor experience. Beware!
