The interview process was pretty standard, focusing on behavioral questions and how my mechanical engineering knowledge aligns with teamwork and leadership, which are important in this field. Since it was for a rotational program, they really emphasized those aspects.

At Boeing, the interview process is a mix of behavioral questions and technical checks, asking about your past experiences and how they fit the job. Behavioral Technical

So, first I had this online assessment, it had like 5 general questions. Then, I had an interview that was about an hour long with two engineers. It was all behavioral questions, no technical stuff. They start by asking you to introduce yourself and explain your interest in the role. Then, they ask more questions and want you to answer using the STAR method. They actually take notes based on the STAR categories, so definitely practice that.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Can you introduce yourself and explain your motivation for this role?
  • Tell me about a time when you faced a specific situation.
  • Could you provide an example of something you've done?
