I live near the office I applied to, so I was asked to come in for the interview, but then they told me to do it remotely. During the interview, I was with a bunch of people from the team, and for half the time, none of them had their cameras on. The lead eventually turned his camera on halfway through. It was a pretty uneventful interview. They gave me an offer after, and I tried to schedule a few calls with the hiring manager to talk about it, but she was really hard to reach. I ended up declining the offer because the interview and hiring process was so bad.

So first there was a phone screening, and if you pass that, you have a panel interview with about 3-4 people, including the hiring manager and the manufacturing team. They ask behavioral and technical questions over Webex. They asked 3 questions and wanted STAR format for answers. Initially, they had cameras on, but then said we didn't need them on. It took a month of me emailing recruiters for an update, and then I got a standard rejection email.

I initially talked with them at my university career fair. A few days later, I got an email about an interview. The interview was over Zoom, with two interviewers. They had their cameras off, but I had mine on. It was a behavioral interview, and they wanted responses in the STAR format. They asked all the typical interview questions. About 3 1/2 weeks later, they let me know I got the offer.
