This was an easy interview if you prepared. They only asked behavioral questions, so I'd recommend using the STAR method to answer. Make sure you have your competencies ready and have read up on the company's history. Prepare for it like it's a management position, and it'll be pretty easy to crack if you've done your homework.

Got past the screening interview pretty easily. Had trouble getting a hold of recruiter for a few weeks. After being able to reach recruiter, I was told to prepare for STAR interview questions for final interview. Interviewer did not ask any STAR questions. Interview questions were unorthodox and sounded a lot like the position was already filled. Felt like interview was done out of necessity/protocol.

I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the manager, and finally an onsite tour and interview with the hiring manager and team. The recruiter was really pushy and didn't respect my availability for scheduling. She even called me 20 minutes after our first call to rush me into planning my flight after work hours on a Friday, without giving me time off from my current job. When I said I'd email her later, she questioned my enthusiasm and seriousness about the role. One of the onsite interviewers was very rude, dismissing my work experience as just coursework and implying I fabricated it. He got visibly upset when I was confused by his nonsensical technical question. Out of the five people I interviewed with, two asked the same questions, indicating poor coordination and lack of interest. One interviewer also mentioned they usually don't hire recent PhD grads, making me question why they brought me in. My advice if interviewing with Boeing: stand firm on your availability and confirm they're serious before committing to an onsite.
