The interview process was pretty standard, similar to my past work experiences. It involved questions about various skills relevant to this specific role. There wasn't a panel interview; it was just me and the hiring manager discussing my qualifications. Overall, it was an average interview process, and they were very helpful in answering any questions I had about the role and the day-to-day responsibilities.

The interview process was very STAR oriented. The interviewers seemed okay. I arrived early but they were about 10 minutes late. They didn't seem very prepared and had to scramble to find a copy of my resume. One interviewer even joked that he didn't have my resume at all.

I applied for several Analyst positions at Boeing and after waiting over two months without hearing back, I was surprised to get an interview request for the very next afternoon. Boeing uses a specific interview format that focuses on situational and behavioral questions, requiring answers in the S.T.A.R. method. They sent me details about this format after confirming my interview time, and the hiring manager further explained it upon my arrival. Shortly after leaving, the hiring manager called to offer me the position, mentioning it was pending background checks. I received the formal offer on Monday and accepted a negotiated offer by Thursday.
