First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics.
Test Analysis Engineer
The interview was held on Microsoft Teams and was quite structured. They began by discussing the company and the team, then informed me that they would ask five STAR method questions and asked me to respond in that format.
- Tell me about a time you performed an analysis, including the steps you took and any recommendations you offered.
- Describe a situation where you proposed a change to a process and explain its impact on stakeholders.
- Can you share an instance where a colleague felt excluded or ignored, and how you intervened to help?
Intelligence Analyst
Applied online. Got an email in 2 days to set up a call about benefits and another call with someone else. The actual interview was a conference call with 2 people, where they asked 6 questions about my past experience related to the job. It was well done, a good experience. They finished by talking about current and future job openings.
- Can you share an experience that demonstrates your teamwork skills?
- Please provide an example of when you exhibited leadership qualities.
- Tell me about a time you had to perform analysis and how you approached it.
Imagery Analyst
You'll have a teleconference with two people. One will ask you three questions about your personality, and the other will ask three questions about your technical background and skills. All questions will be in the format of 'Tell me about a time x, how you approached it, and how you measured successful outcomes.'
- Tell me about a time when you had to analyze imagery, how you did it, and how you measured success.
- Tell me about a time when you had to approach a technical challenge with imagery, how you did it, and how you measured success.
- Tell me about a time when you had to measure successful outcomes of an imagery task, how you did it, and how you measured success.
Software Intern
Removed the video interview. No coding tests. Got easy technical questions and talked about my past work. They shared info about the internship program and the project. I met with the team in charge of the internship program.
- What is the difference between Python and C++, and in which situations would you choose one over the other?
