Physician Assistant
I was contacted by the Body Details team for an interview. They were so confident I had the job that they started discussing compensation, training, start date, and other job specifics right away. We did schedule an interview, but it felt more like a formality. The interviewer was very pleasant and asked simple questions. We mostly went over my resume, and she explained the role. I thought it went really well. Near the end, she asked if I had children, which is definitely illegal. I answered honestly, and then she made it clear that work-life balance isn't a thing here, mentioning long hours that mean parents won't see their kids much except to tuck them in. Unsurprisingly, I got rejected the next day. I'm not happy about the illegal question, but I probably dodged a bullet. I also noticed they posted the same job in a nearby town for about $6k less.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience and explain your interest in this position?
- Tell me about your past work experience and why you are interested in this role?
- Do you have children?
VP of Sales
It was pretty straightforward. They scheduled me really fast. HR called and set up a meeting for Friday for the next Monday. They talked about my experience and told me in detail about the problems they need to fix.
- What's your approach to implementing a sales plan?
Physician Assistant
It was a pretty quick and not awful process, basically involved a few calls, maybe three or four video calls in total before they made a final decision. I spoke with the COO, the clinical manager, and the recruiter.
- What motivates your interest in pursuing a career in aesthetics?
