It was a pretty laid-back and casual interview process. The questions weren't too difficult, and we ended up scheduling multiple rounds of interviews, which were really just conversations. We'll be having more conversations next week.

Applied online, took an assessment, had a phone pre-screen, then a phone interview with HR. After that, I interviewed with the DM. Then came the background check (national county by county), an oral mouth swab for a drug test in person with the DM, and a DMV check before getting the job offer.

First, you'll get a phone call. If they like you on the phone, you'll have a second interview face-to-face with the service manager at a local site. After that, a third interview will happen with the district manager and an HR rep, and you'll do an oral drug screening. The background check usually takes about five days, so it's a pretty quick process if you're local.
