I went through two interviews for this job, and they both felt good. For the second part, I had to make a presentation and a design proposal based on a brief they gave me. They gave me good feedback on both my presentation and design. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job because they ended up wanting someone full-time instead of the part-time position they advertised, which they didn't make clear from the start. It felt like a waste of my time and effort to do a whole presentation and design project when that wasn't clear. They asked to keep my info for future jobs, but I said no.
