Had a panel interview, but honestly, most of them were super rude and acted like I was bothering them, which is wild since they reached out to me. The lead manager was especially unpleasant throughout the whole thing. After that, they just ghosted me, didn't hear anything back.

It was a very scripted interview because it's a civil service role. I sat across from 6 interviewers at a conference table, and they took turns asking questions from a script. Each answer was timed to exactly two minutes. They were all very nice, though. The interview included a presentation component.

So after I sent my resume and cover letter, they gave me a call for an interview. Before the interview, they sent me some forms and an application to complete, which I brought with me to the interview. The interview itself was conducted by two managers and one staff member, and then there was a written test afterwards.
