IT Service Desk Analyst
The interview process started with a phone call, then a meeting with the direct manager, HR, and the head of the department. They promised a permanent contract (CDI) after 3 months, but then they denied it and gave me a fixed-term contract (CDD) instead. Months later, I found out that the real reason was a planned layoff for most of the IT department. Many other employees told me that management had deceived them with false promises.
