Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with a phone call, then a meeting with the direct manager, HR, and the head of the department. They promised a permanent contract (CDI) after 3 months, but then they denied it and gave me a fixed-term contract (CDD) instead. Months later, I found out that the real reason was a planned layoff for most of the IT department. Many other employees told me that management had deceived them with false promises. In short, don't believe what you're told during the hiring process.
