I applied online through their website. A few days later, I got a call to set up a phone interview with HR. This call was pretty standard, covering general stuff about me, my education, and my work history. A couple of days after that, I had an in-person interview. This involved talking with HR again, plus three other engineers from the company. They asked more detailed questions about my background and experience, as well as some behavioral type questions.
