First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bobby's Burger Palace.
Sales Associate
After a phone review, I had an in-person interview. I submitted my resume, and they contacted me. We scheduled an interview where I answered questions. They were nice and offered me the job, but I declined. Maybe in the future.
- What is your sales and customer service experience in years?
Kitchen Manager
So the interviewer was 2 hours late for my interview. After that, they had me do a 6 hour stage, and then I never heard back. I followed up five days later and they said they lost my info. I had to do three more interviews and two more stages before they finally hired me.
- Do you have children and how might they impact your work availability?
Food Server
It was a really chill interview. I basically just chatted with them about why I was interested in working there and they asked me some stuff from my resume. Super relaxed overall.
- What do you see for your future?
Director of Operations
The interview process was tedious and hard, but I really liked it. I wanted to work there but it was too hard. The people in America were very nice. I once ate five burgers in a row and felt absolutely terrible.
- Tell me about your favorite color.
