So for me, it was a standard process. It started with introductions and talking about my background. They mentioned that normally there's a second round with a partner after meeting the GM, but I only had one round.

I applied through ZipRecruiter and they contacted me right away the next day to fill out their application. After finishing it, I got in touch with the HR manager and she said she'd review it. Later that day, they called me for a brief phone interview. Then, I was quickly asked to come in for an in-person interview. It felt more like a chat, and I was really relaxed. After that, I had to do a personality test over the phone with an external company, which was kind of odd but only took about half an hour. I had a second interview and they said they'd be in touch. A few days later, they offered me the job! The whole thing was pretty easy and I actually enjoyed it.

I went through two interviews. The first was with HR and the general manager. The second was with the VP of Operations. It felt like a lot for a loaner car coordinator role.

My first interview was at a job fair, where I had several interviews happening in the same room. The interviewer had a list of questions, like 'Tell me about yourself' and 'What is your learning style'. About two weeks later, they called me back with more questions. The final in-person interview started with me asking a question about the job, and then they made me a job offer.
