I went through three rounds of interviews for this position. One of the people who interviewed me was focused more on her computer than on our conversation which was frustrating. After taking time out of multiple days to speak with them, they ended up ghosting me. I reached out for a status update and never received a response. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional. Do better!

Easy interview! Nice people and wanted to hear more about my background. Behavioral questions and mostly chit chat. Nothing to stress to much about! They asked about my experience in furniture and fandom for the Washington commanders.

Got called for an interview about two weeks after applying online. The first interview was about an hour and 45 minutes long and I met with several people. A few days later, I met with two more people. They made a formal offer the day after that. Everyone I met was really nice and welcoming. The whole process was pretty extensive but I liked it.
