The interview experience was fun and interesting, and I did get the job. After that, I was moved to 3 different stores. Eventually, I was let go because the company closed 37 stores. I worked hard there, and it wasn't for nothing. They had to let go of many employees. All locations were always slow except for Saturday and Sunday breakfast times. There was never enough help. People quit constantly at every restaurant I worked in. Customers would walk out frequently due to bad service, and they eventually reduced staffing to 2 servers each night. It was awful, and I would never work for them again. There are much better places to work and dine.

It was about 2 hours total, with 2 to 3 interviews per person, and the questions were pretty standard. They were all about leadership. The HR person made me feel comfortable. The process was clear, so I knew what to expect next.

The interview process moved quickly. It happened at the restaurant when it wasn't busy. The managers were nice, but they didn't seem to love their jobs. They were actively trying to discourage me from continuing in the hiring process.
