First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bob Barker Co..
Inside Sales Representative
There were 2 interviews for this role, and they were of average difficulty. The first interview was with the manager, and the second interview was with the people support and sales director. They mentioned that the job cannot be fully remote. The salary offer was lower than average. Overall, the people I met were nice.
- Do you enjoy spending your entire day on the phone?
Office Assistant
So first there was a phone interview, then I had an interview with the manager or supervisor of the department and after that, there was a 3rd group interview that included other members of the department. The whole thing took about 2 to 3 hours.
- Would you rather work alone or with a team?
IT Specialist
It was a pretty long interview process. Plan on investing significant time with skills and personality assessments. It kicked off with a phone chat, then two full days of back-to-back interviews on-site with different teams and all the IT folks, ending with a one-on-one with the company president.
- Can you tell me a joke?
Associate Product Manager
I went through 3 interviews on a single day. Each interview had 2 interviewers. The focus seemed to be on assessing my alignment with the company's core values and my potential for growth within the organization.
- Can you tell me why you are departing from your present employer?
