The beginning part of the interview process, like the initial screening and scheduling, was quite professional and they communicated well. But after the actual interview, it went completely silent. I didn't get any calls or emails, and even when I followed up via email, there was no response.

HR called me out of the blue about a month after I applied and did a quick screening call right then. I was supposed to talk to the hiring manager, but they ended up rescheduling with someone else who used to do the job. The person who previously held the role didn't ask me any questions; they just talked about what the role entailed, and I mostly just described my past experiences that related to it.

It took about 3 weeks from submitting my resume until the interview was scheduled. Once I was in the queue, the process was very organized. There were multiple levels, including peer and skip-level interviews. They interviewed for fit, but a large emphasis was placed on culture fit. The HR team kept me informed about the next steps throughout the process.
