It was a pretty straightforward interview process. Ultimately, I decided it wasn’t the right fit for me. The only reason I’m rating this negatively is because it was clear they hadn’t actually reviewed my application. It felt more like they were trying to sell me the job, which is why I’m marking it down.

The first interview was an hour long with the Owner and an Associate. We mostly talked about my past work, I walked through my portfolio, and we discussed the firm and my career goals. Then there was a follow-up group interview with the whole firm (30 people) where they asked a lot of questions, some serious and some lighthearted.

It was one of the best interview processes I've had. After the first interview, they introduced me to the entire firm through a Q&A panel. It was a good way to learn about the company, and you could tell the employees there are happy and really care about it, and are looking for people who fit the company culture/ethos.
