I had a pretty tough hiring process. It involved three interviews with the Chief of Staff, and then one with the Supervisor. When they first reached out, I wasn't sure what the meeting was for. The director then gave me more details about the job and asked me questions mainly about my background and experience.

I talked to 3 supervisors on a Zoom call and it was super conversational and easy to chat. Everyone asked very poignant questions and was super smart. The interview was an hour long and we saved 20 minutes at the end for questions.
