I applied online and got a call the next day asking basic stuff like if I'd pass a drug test, if I was a US citizen, and if I'd relocate. If that call went well, I was flown out to Ft. Worth for a 2-day hiring event with about 100 other people, most ex-military. Day 1 was an overview of the company, then a job briefing (mechanical, engineering, or transportation), followed by a 2-hour personality/skills test. Day 2 started with finding out if we passed the test. If you passed, you had an interview later that day, either a panel or one-on-one. They asked about my background and situational stuff, no technical questions. They also asked where I'd prefer to work, though that didn't end up mattering. The interview was short, about 15 minutes, and they said I'd hear back in two weeks. A hair sample was taken for drug testing before I left. I got an offer a week later for a location I hadn't expected, but I took it.

It's a 360 interview with a panel. You get a presentation on the company the night before and then you also have to take a test. The next day you have two interviews: one with a panel and another with a VP. It is a long process that includes a drug test and dinner.

Interviews were conducted over the phone and in person. There was a basic test that seems common in this field. Questions focused on safety and leadership. The interview was panel-based with a set list of questions. A drug test was also required.
