The interview process started with a video recording where I was presented with questions and had to record myself answering. This was followed by a lengthy exam. The exam covered various aspects of the company, and a significant part involved using a provided rulebook or guidebook to answer questions, which took several hours.

So, for me, it was a 2-step process. I sent in my application around late January or early Feb, and then I had a phone interview in early March. About a week later, they reached out for a final interview, which was in Fort-Worth. They flew me out in mid-April, and it was a full day – I met people from the department, had lunch, and then interviewed with three people. I heard back within two weeks after that. I know they had a similar thing going on in the fall too.

It was a long, annoying, and frankly, demeaning interview process. They made us do a long test just to see if we qualified. Then, an HR person hit us up with the interview questions. Apparently, the managers couldn't be bothered. There was no real talking or back-and-forth. They'd just ask a question and type up your answer. It was the worst interview process I've ever gone through.
