The interview was pretty standard, though their starting salary isn't great, which makes me wonder why they're looking for highly qualified people for this job. The hiring manager mentioned they've been searching for two months for someone to take on this new role. It seems like there's a lot of responsibility involved, but the pay doesn't seem to match the workload. The interviewer also made some unprofessional comments that made me feel uncomfortable.

The interview process was very professional, involving several Zoom interviews followed by an in-person interview. The whole experience was smooth and quick. All the Zoom interviews started on time and were conducted professionally, unlike some other companies I've experienced where they were late or didn't show up!
