Economist
The process for an Economist role involves a few steps to check your technical skills, how you think about economics, if you can analyze data, and how well you communicate. If you do well, you’ll get an offer. You can talk about pay and benefits before you decide to accept.

Audit Manager
First, I had a preliminary chat with a recruiter. If they liked me, I moved on to an interview with the hiring manager or department head. The third interview was with a group of people from the department, including managers. After that third interview, I never heard back from the company. I tried to follow up and was told I'd get an update on my application, but I never did, even after sending another email. The whole process seemed professional and straightforward until the end when communication just stopped. After at least three interview rounds, I really expected to get an email saying they decided to go with someone else.
- Can you describe a process you learned from your previous auditing experience and how you documented it?
- What is your level of experience communicating with senior management?
- Have you supervised or overseen direct reports or staff?
