For an entry level role, the process wasn't too tough. First, you have to do an automated interview with about 4-6 questions, and you have a set time to respond. If you get through that, they'll invite you for a more formal interview.

I met the BMW recruiters at my school's career fair, gave them my resume, and got a call the next day for an interview that Friday. A week later, I got an email to come to the plant for a tour and interviews in two weeks. After the tour, we had a quick info session and then lunch with the managers who would interview us. It was a good ice-breaker since I ended up having lunch with one of the interviewers. Most folks had 2-3 interviews scheduled, but I had 5. They mostly asked about my resume, so make sure you know yours really well.

The initial communications and travel benefits for the interview were great, covering all expenses. However, after being hired, there was no compensation for relocation. The interview experience itself was very positive, but subsequent interactions with HR were unfortunately limited.
