First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BMW Manufacturing.
Manufacturing Engineer
The process was pretty simple. I was interviewing for a contract role via a staffing agency. Both the agency and BMW, the client, were easy to work with and did things by the book. The interview was in person, and they asked me about dealing with tough people, hypothetical situations, and general manufacturing stuff, especially about assembly. Overall, it was a good, professional experience.
