I applied online and then got a phone call inviting me to a panel interview that same week. On the day of the interview, there were 12 candidates split into two groups, and each group had three interviewers who asked a variety of questions about the role, the company, and my behavior. I haven't heard back after a week.

It's a typing test and your basic "tell me a time when" questions. They will also make you do a drug test. Your first interview is with the 3rd party temp agency, either Dawson or Innosource, and then, if they like you, you may interview with an actual BMW HR person and/or call center manager. You have to be a moron to not be able to get in.

I was first hired through a temp agency. I worked with them for about a year before the company hired me directly. They do offer direct hire, but you always go through the temp agency first. When going through the temp agency, there weren't any hard questions. I just had to complete an online test.
