It was an awful experience. I wasted about 6 hours on a virtual assessment centre a couple of months back. Some candidates were eliminated during the call. After passing, I got a call inviting me to another assessment centre for health assured. I was annoyed but decided to go. I didn't pass this time. It was a complete waste of time. The assessment centre had mostly boys, few girls, and not many POC. Candidates were egotistical. The whole process was terrible. This company exploits graduates, so don't fall for their scam.

The recruiter might initially tell you that most people get accepted and that a university degree or previous sales experience isn't necessary. But, if you pass the initial 15-minute phone call, you'll move on to a group virtual assessment that lasted 3 hours for me. I put a lot of effort into preparing, but the candidates they picked weren't that strong with their 30-second pitches or their contributions during the group activity. It also seemed like most people who didn't get picked were POC, and sadly, most of the few who were accepted were white.

It was a group Zoom call that lasted about 3 hours with around 20 candidates. We kicked things off with introductions, sharing a fun fact, our study background, and career aspirations. Then we moved on to some group activities where we had to prioritize the best questions to ask a prospect, using frameworks like BANT. After that, we each had to do a 30-second pitch about ourselves. The final part was a 5-minute roleplay where we had to sell a product to the Hiring Manager.
