Had a quick chat with a recruiter, then they set up a phone interview with the contract site for the next week. The site interview itself was short, only about 15 minutes. I ended up asking more questions than they did, and I would have asked even more, but the interviewer seemed rushed and stressed.

It was not very professional and the interview seemed like it was coordinated last minute. Although I am happy for the opportunity, it could have been a more seamless process overall. It would be in the company's best interest to really tighten up their interview process all around.
