First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bmore Technology.
Service Delivery Manager
I had a screening call and then an in person interview. The in-person interview lasted for about an hour and I was given a tour of the office. Both were scheduled timely. The process has since changed, for the better.
- Can you tell me about a significant challenge you faced in your previous role and how you successfully navigated it?
Sales
The interview process was great. The employer was very thorough and answered all my questions. It started with a phone interview, then a video chat with the owner in South Carolina, followed by a meeting with the team, and then I was offered the position.
- Tell me about your sales experience.
Systems Administrator
A recruiter reached out about this systems administrator opening and arranged the interview. I first had a phone screen that was more about cultural fit with one of the owners, followed by an in-person interview with both owners. The office wasn't quite ready for the interview on time, so I had a significant wait. It also seemed odd they lacked a proper interview room; the interview took place in a dim office with me in a rocking chair and one interviewer at his desk with his monitors on and email visible, which wasn't a great look. Neither owner could clearly explain their company culture or management style. In the end, they didn't hire me due to my lack of experience for the $45,000 systems administrator position.
- Could you describe your experience with Active Directory?
- Can you tell me about a technical problem you faced and how you approached solving it?
Service Technician Apprentice
The interview process at Bmore Technology went really smoothly and was quick. It was held on Microsoft Teams, which was convenient. I got to learn about the job title and the responsibilities that come with it. I was also able to ask any questions I had about the role. Overall, the whole process was great and I felt it was very transparent.
- What are your post-graduation objectives and what skills do you aim to acquire during this apprenticeship?
- What are your hobbies?
- Do you have any questions regarding the position?
