Behavioral

I applied online and about a week after, a recruiter from aonhewitt reached out to schedule a phone screen. We coordinated via email for the initial call, which was mostly behavioral questions. The recruiter mentioned she'd pass her notes to the hiring manager, and if he was interested, he'd reach out. She also hinted that the next interview, if I got it, would be more intense behavioral questions, focusing on past actions rather than hypothetical ones. I did get the second interview with the branch manager. We had a good connection, but ultimately I didn't get the job. Both the recruiter and manager were upfront about the competitive nature of the role, mentioning other candidates and internal applicants. I appreciated their honesty. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I'm still interested in other roles here.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a total of 6 interviews. First, there was a phone interview with HR. Then I met with the hiring manager, followed by their boss. After that, I had interviews with other Senior team members and also peers on the team. Finally, there was a case interview where I had to present my recommendations at the end.
