The first round was pretty easy and straightforward. The final round was heavy on PE questions, but still quite manageable. There were no Paper LBOs or merger math. Both the first and final rounds included some unusual behavioral scenarios.

Technical Behavioral

Went through 3 rounds of interviews over a long period. Scheduled a 4th interview for a week prior, but got a calendar notification saying the meeting was canceled 2 hours before. Never got an email explaining why. Followed up with the executive assistant and heard nothing back. Really indecent and unprofessional.

  • Could you explain a Leveraged Buyout (LBO) to me?
