Computer Scientist
The hiring process has two rounds. First, there are easy questions to check basic knowledge. Second, there are harder, detailed questions. Also, there's an assignment to see how well you understand things, solve problems, and use what you know.
- Questions about logic and games were asked to analyze the logic applied.
Test Engineer
First, we'll do a quick intro where you can tell us about yourself and your experience. Then, we'd like you to talk about some software projects you've worked on, focusing on the tough parts and how you figured them out. Be ready to show us how you solve problems using specific examples that highlight your thinking, creative side, how you work with others, and your technical skills.
- Could you start by introducing yourself and giving a quick rundown of your career path so far?
- Can you tell us about a software project you've worked on?
- How did you tackle and resolve significant issues within that software project?
System Consultant
The selection process had two interviews: 1) an initial meeting where we discussed my studies and what motivated me to apply; 2) an interview in English with two HR ladies, one from Milan and one from Barcelona. This interview was also about getting to know me, and for every choice I've made in my life (studies and work), they asked me why I made that choice and what I learned from that job/study path. Both interviews were conducted seriously, respecting the scheduled times and waiting times between them, and they always made me feel comfortable.
- Can you talk about your academic path and what you did after graduation?
- What made you decide to apply?
- Do you have any questions for us?
Test Engineer
The whole thing was super fast, like less than a week. I applied online, then had a phone chat the very next day, and bam, got an offer the day after that. It was pretty straightforward, not too intense on the technical side.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
